PRODUCT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
At Cotton Enterprise, we have a long experience and creativity to advise our customers in the customization of their designs, in addition we have a latest generation patronage software.
All our processes (weaving, dyeing, finishing of fabrics, etc.) maintain a level of service with the highest standards of quality worldwide accepted, we are continuously trying to improve and update our machinery, technology and the skills of our staff.
We have advanced technology machinery that allows us to supply our clothing quickly and reliably in the entire range of fabrics such as jersey, interlock, rib, piqué, pointelle, mini jacquards, ottomans, French terry, flannel, waffles, vanized, etc.
CUTTING AND STITCHING
We highlight our high level of precision in cutting that allows the fluidity of the other processes agilely, following, strictly, the instructions both in forms and in measurements according to the specifications of the molds.
In our garment plant we work with highly qualified collaborators and with an installed capacity to produce up to 30,000 monthly garments, of diverse complexity and under high quality standards.
We have specialized machinery to attend seams such as flatseammer, preformed necks, invisible seam, berths, rivets, coated, assembly of breastplates, among others.
EMBROIDERY AND EMBOSSING
Cotton Enterprise, has embroidery machines capable of developing arts that require from the smallest details to the largest and that, in addition, are always made with a high density of stitches per inch. Promoting a fast and reliable manufacture in the entire range of fabrics such as jersey, interlock, rib, piqué, pointelle, mini jacquards, ottomans, French terry, flannel, waffles, vanized, etc.
In addition, together with the use of the best quality chemicals and our highly qualified personnel, it allows us to produce dyes of great strength and durability. We offer finishes such as sanforizado, peach skin, perchado and among others.
Together, this allows us to offer each season innovative proposals with a unique added value to all our customers.
LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION
We handle strict quality control in every process of the development chain to offer a high quality product. Our control measures validate the parameters of each textile and manufacturing process. To this we add the alliances with accredited external laboratories and an internal area of final audit that are in charge of revalidating the garments to 100% to ensure that all our dispatch units are of first quality.
In addition, we provide a customized packaging of each garment according to the order and needs of each customer from ironing and bagging to final packaging, leaving it ready for final delivery within the previously agreed time frames to provide you with the greatest satisfaction and commitment.
